The sky is genuinely the limit when we work with you to design your in-house programme. We are able to offer everything from the creation of Leadership Behaviour frameworks, through 360 assessment and psychometric testing, virtual or live delivery, to action learning, realplay with professional actors, and leadership conferences.

Our Current Programmes

Participants on our “Stepping Up” programme undertake a battery of personal profiles to help them establish a rounded understanding of their abilities and preferences.

Programme content focuses on people management, with sessions typically including Self-management, High Performance Teams, Managing Under-performance and Service Improvement

Suitable for both new and experienced managers, our programmes tend to be built around:

Passe-Partout is a CMI approved centre offering Leadership and Management qualifications at Levels 5 and 7.   The great advantage in our accredited offer is the design of practical, business-related content and assessments – without the bureaucracy and theory overload often associated with management qualifications.

However, continuous feedback has revealed a strong desire among leaders and managers for similar development, prompting the creation of Personal Best for Leaders in 2019.
