The sky is genuinely the limit when we work with you to design your in-house programme. We offer everything from the creation of Leadership Behaviour frameworks, through 360 assessment and psychometric testing, virtual or live delivery, to action learning, realplay with professional actors, and leadership conferences.

Participants on our “Stepping Up” programme undertake a battery of personal profiles to help them establish a rounded understanding of their abilities and preferences.

Programme content focuses on people management, with sessions typically including Self-management, High Performance Teams, Managing Under-performance and Service Improvement

Passe-Partout is a CMI approved centre offering Leadership and Management qualifications at Levels 5 and 7.   The great advantage in our accredited offer is the design of practical, business-related content and assessments – without the bureaucracy and theory overload often associated with management qualifications.

Personal Best’s initial focus was solely on non-managers, with the goal of providing leadership quality training to front-line and back-office staff. However, continuous feedback has revealed a strong desire among leaders and managers for similar development, prompting the creation of Personal Best for Leaders in 2019.

Our face-to-face training courses give you the opportunity to learn directly from our expert facilitators in-person. You’ll be able to ask questions, access one-to-one support, and connect with other attendees by taking part in collaborative learning activities.

Through clever course curation and expert training methods, you’ll have access to first-class learning. Our face-to-face training courses are bespoke to your organisation and have been designed to be delivered almost anywhere.

Our expert tutors have been trained in how to deliver first-class virtual programmes, blended to include a range of media and activities, some of which can be completed at your leisure around your day-to-day commitments.

They’ll guide you through a series of live modules to help you progress through the programme and apply and embed your learning. You’ll have opportunities to pose questions to the tutors, interact with other attendees, and there will be someone there to support you every step of the way.
