Everyday Coaching is a unique online programme focussing on mastering essential coaching techniques. The programme provides the inspiration, space, and tools to coach differently in everyday situations.
Our Everyday Coaching model assembles the components for routine and organic coaching, not only for the manager but also for employees. Thus engraining a coaching culture that lasts.Micro coaching practice conversations will be interspersed throughout with peers on and off the course and members of your team. The course comes with a 12-month subscription to our custom learning transfer platform.
Timeline
For participants, the journey starts when they access the portal, they’ll meet their facilitator, connect with peers and get a first look at the resource library. Then come four interactive workshops, interspersed by three peer coaching sessions and elevated by an evolving library of resources.
We’ve made the decision to fix our prices to support local businesses. You’ll see no increase in price from 2022.
Everyday Coaching is for a maximum of 16 delegates (minimum 10) and costs £350 per person plus VAT
