- Use of paraphrase, silence and feedback

Module 5 – Coaching for confidence, commitment, and resilience

What if? – reviewing diverse coaching scenarios
To complete unit 533 Strategies for Delivering Professional Coaching, and attain the CMI Level 5 Award, participants need to attend all learning sessions, including an induction session. A written assignment of 3,000 to 5,000 words needs to be submitted to achieve this qualification.
