Experiential learning

Collaborative Learning

Six half day workshops with mix of theory, coaching practice and connection with colleagues working towards the same qualification. (Details of coverage in these sessions is outlined in Appendix A.)

Four action learning sets which provide group supervision, supporting reflection and learning on early coaching experience

Practice

Maintaining two coaching relationships throughout the programme:
1. A peer coaching relationship with a colleague from within the same learning cohort
2. A reverse mentoring relationship

Personal Learning

Using our virtual learning platform Promote to access a range of articles, videos, self—assessments and practice tasks. Structured reflection on experience to include video and written journalling in a coaching diary.

CMI Approved Centre

Completion of the programme will enable you to achieve a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Award in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (Level 7)
